## About the Role

Ob als ausgebildeter Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) oder erfahrener IT-Administrator (m/w/d) -- entscheidend ist Ihre Praxis im Client-Management:

 * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder nachgewiesener Quereinstieg mit fundierter Berufserfahrung im systemgestützten Management von Client-Systemen.
 * Einschlägige Erfahrung in Installation, Konfiguration, Betrieb und Entstörung von Client- und Mobile-Device-Management-Systemen, z. B. Ivanti DSM / EPMM und Aagon ACMP.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Citrix App & Desktop Virtualization, Citrix NetScaler sowie Igel OS und Igel UMS.
 * Erfahrung mit Skriptsprachen, insbesondere PowerShell, rundet Ihr Profil ab.

## Description

* Management der Client-Systeme (Windows 11, Citrix Windows Server 2025, Igel Thin-Clients) sowie Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur.
 * Erstellung, Test und Verteilung von Softwarepaketen mittels ACMP; zentrale Konfiguration der Clients über Device Management und Microsoft AD Gruppenrichtlinien.
 * Weiterentwicklung der Client-Landschaft und Infrastruktur mit Blick auf Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit und Performance -- einschließlich Störungsanalyse und -behebung.
 * Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Betriebskonzepten, Dokumentationen und Ausschreibungen sowie Koordination externer Dienstleister.
