## About the Role

* Einschlägige Erfahrung in der SAP HCM Beratung oder SAP HCM Modulbetreuung verbunden mit guten Customizing-Kenntnisse in PY (Payroll / Abrechnung) oder PT (Zeitwirtschaft)
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in den personalwirtschaftlichen Prozessen und idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF), mindestens jedoch starkes Interesse an SAP SF
 * Beraterpersönlichkeit mit Freude an Kommunikation und konzeptioneller Arbeit sowie einer eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtem Teamgeist
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gutes Englisch und ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung

 * Hybrid, * Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten im SAP SuccessFactors und SAP HCM Kontext über alle gängigen Projektphasen hinweg
 * Übernahme von Teil- oder Projektleitung je nach SAP HCM und SAP SuccessFactors Thema möglich
 * Beratung der internen Fachbereiche bzw. internen Kunden inkl. Customizing der SAP HCM Anwendungen wie SAP PY, PT, PA bzw. OM und Weiterentwicklung der SAP SuccessFactors Komponenten
 * Prozessanalyse verbunden mit der Optimierung und Neugestaltung von Prozessen im HXM Umfeld in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und dem externen Beratungspartner im Rahmen der SAP SuccessFactors Einführung
 * Planung, Durchführung und Moderation von Workshops sowie Trainings für die SAP HCM und SAP SF Anwender / Key User (Mensch)
 * SAP HCM Applikationsbetreuung mit Übernahme von 2nd Level SAP HCM Support bzw. perspektivisch auch für SAP SuccessFactors Module
