## Description

The Network Engineer Consultant is responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise network operations within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. This role involves managing complex network infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance, maintaining security compliance, and providing advanced troubleshooting and technical leadership with minimal supervision., Network Operations & Administration

 * Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade network infrastructure components
 * Manage and support enterprise networks including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
 * Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability

Troubleshooting & Support

 * Diagnose and resolve complex network issues across multiple platforms
 * Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
 * Support a voice-integrated and multi-vendor network environment

Network Design & Implementation

 * Contribute to network architecture, design, and implementation
 * Maintain and update network diagrams and technical documentation
 * Implement changes and enhancements to improve network efficiency

Security & Compliance

 * Enforce cybersecurity best practices and ensure network security compliance
 * Manage firewall configurations and security tools
 * Monitor and improve secure connectivity and system integrity, * Work closely with cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment
 * Provide knowledge transfer, guidance, and informal training to team members
 * Support multiple concurrent tasks and projects
