## Description

We're seeking a Technical Solutions Lead with a strong blend of software development expertise and a solid accounting background to support and optimize finance-related systems.
This role requires hands-on experience with PL/SQL, C#, .NET, and Shell scripting, as well as exposure to Salesforce (SFDC) and AWS.

As a key technical leader, you'll design and implement scalable solutions, automate business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology meets financial and operational goals., PL/SQL Development & Optimization

 * Design, build, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, triggers, and functions to support core financial operations.
 * Perform database tuning for improved performance and reliability.

Scripting & Automation

 * Develop and maintain Shell scripts to automate system processes, data migrations, and integrations.
 * Streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency through scripting.

.NET / C# Development

 * Maintain and enhance applications built in C# and .NET.
 * Refactor existing code for improved performance and scalability.
 * Promote code standardization and reusability across systems.

Solution Leadership

 * Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to understand requirements.
 * Lead technical solutioning efforts for finance and accounting-related projects.
 * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support teams.
