## Description

The AI Algorithm Engineer will focus on researching, developing, and optimizing algorithms for innovative AI solutions to meet the business needs. This role demands a thorough understanding of AI technologies and architecture, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning techniques and the ability to apply them to solve complex problems., * Develop and optimize AI algorithms for various applications that align with business requirements.

 * Conduct research and experiment to advance the state-of-the-art in hybrid AI.
 * Analyze and interpret complex data sets to improve algorithm performance.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms into production systems.
 * Stay current with the latest research and trends in AI and machine learning.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
 * Evaluate and recommend AI technologies and tools.
 * Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions.
 * Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
