Preferred Qualifications * Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare technology sector, highly regulated environments, SaaS platforms, or sleep diagnostics. * CI/CD Pipelines: Experience or familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment processes. ## Description The Role We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer who loves the balance between high-level system design and hands-on coding. In this role, you will split your time 50/50 between two critical areas: * Upstream Architecture (50%): You will act as the technical anchor in a multidisciplinary triad alongside Product Managers and Product Owners. You will translate Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) into comprehensive Technical Design Documents (TDDs), defining the architecture, assessing feasibility, and providing the estimates that shape our roadmap. * Hands-On Execution (50%): You won't just design systems and hand them off. You will embed with one of our four Scrum teams as an active developer. You will help the team break your TDDs down into actionable user stories, write production-ready code in Java/Kotlin, and mentor the team through code reviews and technical hurdles.
