The role has a strong emphasis on endpoint management, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and exceptional customer service, along with troubleshooting hardware, software, and user issues. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running with experience using enterprise ticketing/ITSM platforms, cloud-based technologies, and modern endpoint management tools. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential. Experience working in a professional services environment and exposure to AI technologies would be a plus.
