 * Proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases

KNOWLEDGE

 * Adhere to University policies and procedures to meet Institutional goals and support University's mission for student success, * Effective communication (verbal and written), organizational and human relations skills, Legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of employment without assistance from the University.

Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation., Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University.

Must maintain Federal Work-Study eligibility.

## Description

The Work Study Student will support the Testing Services as a Testing Assistant on the Savannah Campus beginning Fall 2026., * Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

 * Maintain testing office documentation, records, and resources
 * Obtain required certifications for applicable exams and administer CLEP, ACCUPLACER, eCore, and general proctored examinations
 * Set up and configure computers with vendor-specific testing software and applications
 * Ensure testing equipment and software are properly prepared and operational for scheduled examinations

Shift Specifics

 * Up to 16 hours per week
 * Flexible with schedule of availability
 * Minimum of 4 hours per shift
