## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on UA experience in mobile app industry
 * Strong preference for candidates with experience in UA for apps in Utility or AI genre
 * Deep knowledge of the mobile growth stack: MMPs, mediation, analytics, SDK ad networks, DSPs, etc.
 * Self-driven, be able to communicate goals, needs, and reports that provide insight into game performance and recommendations on improving metrics relevant to user acquisition campaigns
 * Experience with ad monetization and strong working relationships with various ad networks on both the monetization and user acquisition side.
 * Fluent English (written + speaking) is a must
