This role partners closely with Scrum team members, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver reliable, scalable applications while supporting ongoing enhancements and system maintenance. What You'll Do * Analyze business and end-user requirements to design and implement effective software solutions * Share programming and analyst expertise, guiding the team in adopting new technologies * Recommend development tools, advanced technologies, and industry best practices * Analyze business needs, develop specifications, and design, write, test, and implement software solutions * Document technical specifications, user guides, and training materials * Develop logical programs with normalized database design and user-friendly interfaces * Perform thorough unit, system, and integration testing * Design and implement new CI/CD workflows tailored to project needs * Maintain and support applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements * Participate in rotating 24/7/365 on-call support * Coordinate and manage medium to large projects throughout the project lifecycle, Full-time, Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, along with participation in an on-call rotation. * Onsite in La Crosse, WI with hybrid flexibility available after the review period.
