## About the Role

* Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ce, CCNA Security, CySA+, etc.)
 * CCNA highly desired
 * Experience with network management platforms and ticketing systems.
 * Database experience
 * Education: BS Degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of relevant experience. Specific experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.
 * Clearance: Secret

## Description

* Develop and implement data collection methods: Establish and execute processes to systematically collect key performance metrics throughout each supported mission. Champion operational procedures that improve data quality and collaborate with vendors to enhance existing tools.
 * Conduct mission reporting: Independently refine customer reporting requirements and develop detailed mission reports that support operational objectives.
 * Analyze ticket management data: Produce reports on trouble tickets, including creation, response, and resolution times, while identifying trends and categorizing issues to improve operational performance.
 * Monitor network performance: Analyze bandwidth utilization, including peak and average consumption, and evaluate network performance throughout the mission lifecycle.
 * Develop process documentation: Create and deliver comprehensive documentation of approved processes and procedures, establishing a repeatable framework for future mission support.
 * Provide stakeholder engagement: Present recommendations, reporting, and technical findings to senior Government and military leadership to support operational decision-making.
