* Hardcore work ethic and high agency
 * 6+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end
 * Experience leading design functions and teams
 * Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems
 * Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail
 * Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
 * Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions
 * Bonus if you have experience designing fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools

## Description

* Own the end-to-end design of the DualEntry platform - from web to mobile
 * Translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
 * Create and evolve a scalable component-based design system in Figma
 * Work closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often
 * Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability
 * Help define our design culture and constantly find ways to improve our product development speed
