 * Must be located in Central New Jersey and available for onsite work

## Description

A growing IT services organization is seeking a motivated Client Services / Business Development Executive to support and expand its IT Workforce Solutions practice. This role focuses on maintaining existing client relationships, expanding current accounts, and driving proactive business development efforts., * Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction

 * Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within current client accounts
 * Proactively engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
 * Understand client hiring needs and coordinate internally to support timely candidate delivery
 * Schedule and conduct client meetings; follow up consistently on action items
 * Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking within internal systems
 * Support revenue growth through disciplined, consistent sales and relationship-building activities
