* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
 + OR equivalent experience.
 * 6+ years of experience in building microservices based application.
 * 5+ years of experience managing a software team.
 * Good communication, collaboration, and planning skills with demonstrated commitment to the success of others.
 * Desire to manage diverse, inclusive, and collaborative software teams., * Passion for building highly scalable, reliable, distributed services.
 * Experience with Azure Cloud Services.
 * Experience with Big Data Systems.
