An additional four years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a degree. * Current U.S. Government Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top-Secret clearance. * Demonstrated experience managing or supporting an industrial security program under the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM). * Hands-on experience with personnel security and clearance processing using DISS (and related DoD/IC systems). * Experience conducting self-inspections, incident inquiries, and preparing for DCSA or customer security assessments. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief leadership and interact professionally with government customers. * Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and exercise sound judgment in a classified environment., * Prior experience serving as an FSO and/or Alternate FSO for a cleared facility. * Completion of DCSA CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities (or equivalent) coursework. * Knowledge of Workday and SIMS applications. * Knowledge of Lenel access control systems. * Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision. * OPSEC program experience. * Proficiency with NISS, DISS, and other government security systems and tools. * Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines. * Experience in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. ## Description Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Experienced working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM).
