* Du betreust Schulen und Geschäftskunden persönlich vor Ort - freundlich, lösungsorientiert und mit technischer Kompetenz
 * Kleine und große Störungen analysierst Du eigenständig und dokumentierst sie professionell im Ticketsystem
 * IT-Infrastrukturen richtest Du fachgerecht ein - von Netzwerken bis zur Softwareinstallation
 * Du führst Wartungsarbeiten durch und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft
 * Dokumentationen und die Pflege der Wissensdatenbank gehören für Dich genauso dazu wie das Teilen Deines Know-hows
