 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Windows-Umfeld (Clients, Netzwerke, Peripherie)
 * Einrichtung, Administration und Pflege von Microsoft 365 sowie Active Directory / Entra ID
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen
