* 1st & 2nd Level Support für unsere Geschäftskunden (Remote & vor Ort)
 * Analyse, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests
 * Administration von Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Clients
 * Betreuung von Netzwerken, Firewalls und Security-Lösungen
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten (z. B. Migrationen, Rollouts, Cloud-Lösungen)
 * Dokumentation im Ticketsystem & Wissensmanagement
