As an AI Engineer, you will design and implement reliable analytics pipelines and enterprise-grade agentic workflows, integrating LLMs, predictive models, and multi-agent frameworks to deliver scalable AI solutions across our business functions. You will ensure model reliability, reproducibility, and performance at enterprise scale within our modern technology ecosystem, utilizing platforms such as AWS, Palantir Foundry and Snowflake. Embedding explainability, transparency, and security into every AI solution and using Agentic Engineering tools to multiply the delivery is a core expectation of this role. You will work closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, and fellow Data Scientists in agile, cross-functional Product-Oriented Delivery Teams (PODs), supporting business teams in consuming AI outputs through APIs, dashboards, and embedded analytics.
