## Description

* Du leistest technische Unterstützung im IT-Support auf Level 2 und Level 3, gemeinsam mit dem internen Team und externen Dienstleistern
 * Du erstellst, pflegst und entwickelst IT-Prozesse, Systemdokumentationen sowie Rollen- und Verantwortlichkeitsbeschreibungen weiter, zusammen mit dem IT-Support
 * Du installierst, konfigurierst und verwaltest unsere globalen Client-Server-Systeme und führst Fehlerbehebungen durch
 * Du verwaltest und entwickelst die Microsoft-Umgebung weiter
 * Du übernimmst das technische Management unseres Cloud-Anbieters und der Lizenzen
