## About the Role

* Experience with R and data visualization tools.
 * Familiarity with lab automation systems (Hamilton, Tecan).
 * Experience with Git, LIMS, or ELN platforms.

Soft and technical skills:

 * Proficiency in Python and SQL / relational databases.
 * Analytical mindset and structured way of working.
 * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across diverse teams and disciplines - including lab operators, scientists, and data scientists.
 * Interest in collaborative system design and working within a development team environment.
 * Team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude.

Education:

 * Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Data Science, Computational Biology, or related field.

## Description

* Support the team by setting up and maintaining sample tracking and sample management systems.
 * Develop and maintain scripts for input/output file handling and data processing pipelines for automated lab systems.
 * Collaborate with the development team to define and design automated data workflows and system requirements.
 * Support hit selection by preparing and structuring analysis-ready datasets.
 * Take ownership of data uploads to internal databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
 * Contribute to the architecture and continuous improvement of lab automation processes as part of the development team.
 * Work closely with lab operators, lab scientists, and data scientists to align on data requirements and ensure smooth workflows.
