* Bearbeitung und Lösung technischer Anfragen über Telefon und Ticketsystem
 * Analyse von Störungen im Bereich DSL, Glasfaser, WLAN und Heimnetzwerke
 * Eigenständige Betreuung von Supportfällen im 1st und 2nd Level Support
 * Dokumentation und Priorisierung technischer Anfragen sowie Weitergabe komplexerer Störungen an zuständige Spezialisten
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern sowie Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung bestehender Supportprozesse
