 * Erfahrungen im BaFin-regulatorischen Meldewesen, Drittparteienmanagement sowie Softwareentwicklung im regulatorischen Umfeld sind von Vorteil
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis für regulatorische Anforderungen im Finanzsektor, insbesondere ZAG-MaRisk und DORA
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen, Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft
 * Kommunikationsstärke und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 * Be an early applicant, * Weiterentwicklung des IKT-Risikomanagements und der Governance gemäß DORA, ZAG-MaRisk und Marktstandards (u.a. ISO 27001)
 * Identifikation, Analyse, Bewertung, Steuerung und Überwachung von IKT-bezogenen Risiken und Maßnahmen
 * Definition, Implementierung und Überwachung angemessener Kontrollmaßnahmen zur Risikosteuerung und -minderung
 * Koordination von internen IKT-Vorfällen und Meldung an Aufsichtsbehörden
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte, Technologien, Prozesse und Systeme zur Einhaltung entsprechender Vorgaben sowie Maßnahmen
 * Erstellung von IKT-Risikomanagementberichten für Geschäftsleitung und Aufsichtsbehörden
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des übergreifenden Risikomanagementsystems
 * Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Förderung einer nachhaltigen IKT-Risikokultur
