 * On-site, * Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Windows-Server-, Netzwerk- und Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure, AWS)
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Zugriffsrechten (AD, Entra ID, PAM, IAM)
 * 3rd-Level-Support sowie Unterstützung des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports nach ITIL-Standards
 * Umsetzung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Patch-Management und Härtung der Systemlandschaft
 * Automatisierung von Prozessen mittels PowerShell, Ansible oder vergleichbaren Tools
 * Überwachung von Systemen und Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Mitarbeit an Compliance-Themen (ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS2)
 * Eigenständige Durchführung von Updates, Migrationen und Infrastrukturprojekten
