## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Zerspanung, Werkzeugbau, Industriemechanik oder vergleichbar
 * Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister oder fundierte Berufserfahrung als Anwendungstechniker
 * Fundiertes Know-how in Zerspanungsprozessen
 * Erfahrung in der Bedienung und Programmierung von Werkzeugmaschinen (z. B. Siemens 840D)
 * Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung

Wünschenswerte Zusatzqualifikationen (Good-to-Have)

 * Erfahrung mit Fräs-Dreh-Schleifzentren
 * Kenntnisse in CAD/CAM-Programmierung (z. B. MasterCam)

## Description

Du betreibst und entwickelst als Anwendungstechniker (m/w/d) unser hochmodernes Tech-Center und bist zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Produktmanagement und Vertrieb.

Dabei planst und realisierst du Zerspanungsversuche, analysierst Messdaten und unterstützt aktiv bei der Produktentwicklung und Kundenpräsentationen - mit dem Ziel, unsere spike®-Technologie als Standard in der digitalen Zerspanung zu etablieren., * Technikum-Organisation Planung der Maschinenbelegung sowie Abstimmung von Material- und Werkzeugbedarf

 * Versuchsplanung & Durchführung Selbstständige Planung und Durchführung von Zerspanungsversuchen sowie Entwicklung neuer Anwendungen/Applikationen mit spike®
 * Datenanalyse & Reporting Auswertung und Analyse von spike®-Messdaten sowie Erstellung strukturierter Testberichte
 * Kundenversuche & Demos Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenversuchen und Vorführungen gemeinsam mit Vertrieb und Produktmanagement
 * Maschinenbedienung & Prozess-Programmierung Rüsten, Einrichten und Programmieren unserer CNC-Maschine
