## About the Role

* Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP Consultant für SuccessFactors Employee Central und hast idealerweise erste Integrationen zwischen SAP HCM und SuccessFactors EC durchgeführt
 * Du hast erfolgreich Projekte im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors Time Management inkl. Anbindung von Zeiterfassungsterminals und Integration Center durchgeführt - bestenfalls im gewerblichen Bereich
 * Du bringst ein tiefes Prozessverständnis mit und hast Erfahrung mit Betriebsvereinbarungen und Tarifverträgen
 * Du hast bereits globale Projekte mit internationalen Stakeholdern umgesetzt und bist bereit, für bestimmte Phasen deutschlandweit zu reisen
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
