 * Bearbeitung von IMAC/R- und Request-Fulfillment-Aufträgen vor Ort
 * Unterstützung von Veranstaltungen und VIP-Service-Einsätzen
 * Verwaltung und Verteilung von RSA-Token
 * Lagerverwaltung sowie Bearbeitung von RMA- und Trade-In-Prozessen
 * Vor-Ort-Interventionen im Kundennetzwerk zur Fehleranalyse und Lösungsfindung
