## Description

Wir suchen einen IT-Supporter (m/w/d) am Standort Bonn, der mit technischem Know-how und ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung unsere Anwender im Arbeitsalltag unterstützt. Sie sind erste Anlaufstelle für IT-Anfragen, bearbeiten Störungen im 1st Level Support und sorgen mit Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise für einen reibungslosen Betrieb der IT-Arbeitsplätze. Von der Ticketbearbeitung über die Benutzerverwaltung bis hin zur Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur IT-Stabilität und Effizienz.

 * Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von IT-Anfragen
 * 1st Level Support für Windows, Office und Standardprobleme
 * Benutzerverwaltung (z. B. Passwort-Resets, Rechtevergabe)
 * Installation von Software und Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen
 * Onsite Support sowie Weiterleitung an den 2nd Level
 * Pflege der technischen Dokumentation
