## Description

* Erste Anlaufstelle vor Ort für Endanwender bei IT Problemen (Client, Smartphone)
 * Unterstützung bei Fehleranalyse und -behebung
 * Umsetzung und Unterstützung lokaler IT bezogener Geschäftsanforderungen in Abstimmung mit zentralen IT Strukturen (CDI)
 * Unterstützung bei Betrieb und Umsetzung von Änderungen (Netzwerk, Firewalls, Server, Medientechnik) der lokalen IT Infrastruktur
 * Koordination und Kommunikation von Änderungen mit kritischen Anlagenbereichen, Testkoordination für geschäftskritische Änderungen
 * Technische Betreuung produktionsnaher IT Anwendungen und -Dienste (z. B. Telefonie, MES-Systeme wie CES, MIS, LMS, LIMS)
 * Mitwirkung bei gruppenweiten IT Strategieprojekten ("Fix the Basics", Lifecycle Maßnahmen)
 * Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
 * Mitarbeit bei IT Rollouts, Migrationen und lokalen IT Projekten
