 * Entwicklung eines konsistenten Zielbilds für zukünftige Prozesse und Systemlogiken in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen - mit Fokus auf End-to-End-Prozesse und eine zukunftsfähige Gesamtarchitektur
 * Sicherstellung einer systematischen Dokumentation, Priorisierung und Bündelung von Anforderungen entlang klarer Architektur- und Entscheidungsstrukturen
 * Planung und Begleitung der Umsetzungsphase - von der Systemauswahl über Implementierungsprojekte bis hin zur strukturierten Einführung in den Fachbereichen
 * Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter sowie Steuerung von Meilensteinen, Abhängigkeiten und Risiken
 * Sicherstellung, dass definierte Zielprozesse, Anforderungen und Architekturprinzipien in der Umsetzung konsequent berücksichtigt werden
