Preferred Qualifications * Work with large ERP platforms. * Background in corporate accounting, finance, or financial systems. * Experience in consulting or large-scale finance transformation programs. * Demonstrated ability to work across complex systems, apply critical thinking, and challenge the status quo., * Bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting or finance or related experience; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute. ## Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead the Production Support function for Financial Systems within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role resides in the Finance Organization owns end-to-end functional production support, user experience, reporting, and continuous improvement for Finance applications., Production Support & End-User Enablement * Lead enterprise production support for SAP S/4HANA Finance. * Ensure timely intake, triage, and resolution of production issues. * Own ticket management processes, ensuring consistent prioritization, escalation, and closure of defects and enhancement requests. Leadership & Team Management * Lead, coach, and develop a small team with a strong enterprise mindset. * Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive problem-solving. * Support ongoing finance transformation and system migration initiatives through effective change management.
