## Description

* Du sorgst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team für eine sichere, stabile und performante Vernetzung aller Standorte und Systeme.

 * Du übernimmst die Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen im 2nd und 3rd Level - von der Analyse bis zur nachhaltigen Lösung.

 * Du administrierst und betreust eine heterogene Netzwerklandschaft mit Komponenten u. a. von Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper und Ruckus.

 * Du überwachst die eingesetzten Systeme kontinuierlich auf Verfügbarkeit und Integrität und leitest bei Bedarf Gegenmaßnahmen ein.

 * Du dokumentierst Deine Tätigkeiten und auffällige Vorkommnisse strukturiert im Ticketsystem.

 * Du pflegst Netzwerkpläne und erstellst nachvollziehbare Anleitungen im internen Techniker-Wiki.
