 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs inklusive Backup- und Sicherheitskonzepten
 * Administration und Support der Microsoft-365-Umgebung
 * Installation, Konfiguration, Wartung und Optimierung von Softwarelösungen und Anwendungen
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Störungen im Second-Level-Support
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister
 * Planung, Umsetzung und Begleitung spannender IT-Projekte
 * Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder sowie Betreuung von Auszubildenden und Praktikanten
