Security and Access Management * Manage AWS IAM users, roles, policies, permissions, and service accounts using least privilege principles. * Assist with resolving security vulnerabilities, configuration issues, and access-control findings. * Review security alerts and logs and coordinate remediation with Security, Cloud Operations, and Development teams. * Support cloud security controls including encryption, logging, network security, and access management. * Provide system information and documentation for audits and compliance activities. Automation and DevOps * Automate routine infrastructure and administrative tasks. * Use tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CLI, PowerShell, Bash, or Python. * Support CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployments. * Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve operational reliability through automation. Monitoring and Production Support * Configure and maintain system monitoring, alerting, logging, and dashboards. * Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, performance, and production issues. * Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions for system incidents. * Monitor system health and identify potential issues before they impact services. * Participate in production support and on-call activities as required. Backup and Maintenance * Monitor and support AWS backup and recovery processes. * Perform system patching, security updates, upgrades, and routine maintenance. * Assist with disaster recovery testing and system restoration procedures. * Maintain infrastructure inventories, procedures, configuration records, and technical documentation.
