## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
 + 1-2 years of experience in the nutritional or dietary supplement industry preferred
 + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 + Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
 + Working knowledge of GMP, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations

## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Services Specialist to support our Ramp;D and Quality teams in the development and maintenance of high-quality nutritional products.
In this role, you will own the raw material and supplier qualification lifecycle , ensuring all ingredients meet strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards.  + Lead document collection, review, and approval for new and existing suppliers
 + Ensure supplier compliance with company and regulatory standards
Compliance amp; Certifications

 + Support certification programs including Organic, NSF, GFCO, and Non-GMO Project
 + Coordinate documentation and submissions for regulatory compliance
Technical Documentation

 + Create, review, and maintain Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs)
 + Develop and update Finished Product Specifications
Cross-Functional Collaboration

 + Partner with Supply Chain, Ramp;D, and Quality teams to support product development and launches
 + Ensure smooth communication and execution across departments
