* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, or related field
 * 1-5 years relevant experience
 * Object-oriented programming (C#, .NET) experience
 * Relational database design and development (MS SQL Server, Oracle)
 * Web development languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Blazor)
 * Experience with Microsoft ecosystem, preferred
 * Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

## Description

* Support existing and emerging software products in Kimley-Horn's portfolio
 * Develop applications and creative solutions based on project requirements
 * Integrate with existing and new vendor platforms to extend out-of-the-box functionality
 * Build and optimize Web APIs to facilitate data exchange between internal software products and third-party vendor platforms
 * Develop back-end processes to help streamline and improve daily workflows
 * Work with team members and business partners to determine project requirements and enhancements based on business and user needs
 * Provide quality assurance/quality control and participate in code reviews
 * Implement and support applications post deployment
 * Quickly evaluate bugs, and apply hot fixes to resolve issues
 * Understand and apply best practices; remain knowledgeable of trends in the software development industry
