We want someone who has done this personally, not managed people who have. * Real fluency in technically deep, API-first integrations, not channel or referral partnerships * Working knowledge of today's AI ecosystem: MCP, LLM platform integrations, agent registries, developer relations * Executive presence to open doors at the senior-most levels of a Workday or an Anthropic, and hold your own once inside * Patience for the long game. We'll support your ramp on the ecosystem specifics. ## Description We're hiring a senior partnership leader to own the relationships that will define PI's next decade. Three partnership ecosystems, end to end: strategy through signed deal through live integration: * HR technology platforms. Workday, ADP, UKG, Greenhouse, Rippling, and the next tier of HRIS, ATS, and talent platforms. Moving us from surface-level syncs to native, embedded integrations. * AI platforms. Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google. Expanding PI's MCP and LLM platform presence so our behavioral data becomes the grounding layer for AI-mediated people decisions. * Productivity surfaces. Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom - putting PI inside the tools knowledge workers live in. You'll also structure the commercial models behind each partnership, and build the function over time as it scales. ## Related Videos - [The Day After the Robots Come.
