While most site visits occur during the work week, weekend travel may be necessary to meet urgent operational demands. ## Description The Technical Deployment Regional Manager - Tiger Team is responsible for overseeing multiple data center builds, both new and existing, within their region during the physical infrastructure delivery phase. You will lead a team of regional Tiger Team Build Leads and Technicians, own the plan of action for every build in your region, and serve as the connective tissue between the on-site team and the Project Management, Program Management, Procurement, and Regional Data Center Operations teams. CoreWeave operates as a single unit, and this role exists to make sure every site in your region has the people, materials, and direction it needs to deliver ahead of aggressive customer deadlines.
