Working alongside the Head of Global P&C Pricing Hub, you'll lead major initiatives that directly impact ERGO's competitive positioning and profitability in all our international markets. How you will get the job done * designing and overseeing development of next-generation pricing models using ML, GLM, and advanced predictive techniques * integrating AI-driven insights into multi-line pricing strategies for Motor, Property, Liability, Legal Protection, and other lines of business * leading cross-country pricing analytics projects from concept to operational deployment * establishing data governance and feature engineering best practices for high-quality modelling * partnering with underwriting, product, and claims teams to align model outputs with business objectives, Let's be balanced - work-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
