* Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master''s degree in IT Management, Business Information Technology, or similar preferred
 * 8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, systems architecture, and/or technology solution design
 * 5+ years of direct experience architecting Microsoft Azure solutions
 * A track record of progressive responsibility in project planning, systems analysis, application development, and software testing

Technical Skills:

 * 5+ years designing, governing, and deploying enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure environments
 * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Power Platform, and Microsoft''s security and data platforms
 * Demonstrated experience building Azure governance frameworks, landing zones, identity architectures, and cloud security controls in a Microsoft-centric enterprise environment

What You''ll Do:

 * Partner with business stakeholders and product teams to design and evolve an enterprise architecture that advances our mission
 * Proactively identify and mitigate risks across the IT portfolio
 * Develop and manage a forward-looking IT roadmap aligned with organizational goals
 * Define and maintain reference architectures, technical standards, and development best practices
 * Drive consistent technology adoption across the organization
 * Build and maintain a comprehensive library of architecture documentation and artifacts
 * Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate relevant innovations into our environment
 * Mentor and guide engineering teams on the adoption of new and evolving technologies
