Messaging & Integration * Working knowledge of messaging platforms like IBM MQ, Kafka, and more. Networking * Strong understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast, and more. Soft Skills * Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively within a global team. * Strong ownership, prioritization, and time-management skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment., * Experience supporting front-office Equity Trading platforms. * Strong Capital Markets and trading workflow knowledge. * Experience with SRE practices, automation, and observability. * Experience working within a 24x7 global production support organization. ## Description We are seeking a highly motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join the Equity Trading Platform Engineering team supporting mission-critical trading applications and Fidessa OMS/EMS workflows used by internal business users and external clients.
