## Description

We are seeking an IT PC Refresh Technician to support hardware refresh projects, including building, deploying, and troubleshooting PC systems while ensuring smooth IT operations and user support., * Build, deploy, and replace PC systems and accessories

 * Install and support endpoint software
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
 * Provide Level 2 support to end users
 * Document issues and resolutions in ticketing system
 * Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
 * Support day-to-day IT operations
