## Description

* Betreuung von Windows-basierten Industrie-PCs sowie Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
 * Durchführung und Überwachung von Backup- und Recovery-Prozessen
 * Systematische Eingrenzung und Behebung von Netzwerkproblemen an Kabeln, Ports und Komponenten
 * Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und Betrieb von Monitoring- und Dashboard-Lösungen, beispielsweise mit Grafana
 * Unterstützung bei Umbauten, Inbetriebnahmen und Industrie-4.0-Projekten
 * Koordination und Abstimmung mit den beteiligten Fachabteilungen
 * Dokumentation von Systemen, Störungen und umgesetzten Maßnahmen
