* Ansprechperson für Endanwender/innen hinsichtlich aller IT-Anliegen
 * Störungen analysieren und nachhaltige Lösungen entwickeln - Standardisierung
 * Applikations-, OS sowie Hardwarebetreuung auf Servern und Clients
 * Patch Management, Upgrade und Troubleshooting von Serverumgebungen
 * Übernahme der Verantwortung für IT-Services (z.B.: Remote Management Environment, Softwareverteilung im Labor, etc.)
 * Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen und Anwender Informationen
