* Einführung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Unternehmensanwendungen und digitalen Lösungen
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs-, Automatisierungs- und KI-Pilotprojekten
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen
 * Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft mit BMD-, Microsoft- und Cloud-Lösungen inklusive Automatisierungen und Schnittstellen
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Schulungsunterlagen und Prozessbeschreibungen
 * Koordination interner Fachbereiche und externer Dienstleister: innen im Rahmen von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
