 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Fluency in English.

## Description

We're seeking a passionate and skilled Senior PHP Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team in Vienna. As a key member of our engineering organization, you'll play a vital role in building cutting-edge web applications that delight our users.
What You'll Do:

 * Develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using PHP (Laravel) and other relevant technologies (e.g., Python).
 * Design and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
 * Champion best practices in software engineering, including writing comprehensive unit tests with a strong focus on achieving 100% code coverage, code reviews, test automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
 * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, frontend) to deliver exceptional user experiences.
 * Stay ahead of the curve by researching and evaluating emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve our products and engineering processes.
