* Abgeschlossenes technische Ausbildung mit Fokus auf (Wirschtafts-) Informatik
 * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner*in oder im Bereich Requirements Engineering IT Consulting, Business Analyse im Softwareumfeld
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams im Bereich .NET, Webanwendungen oder API-Entwicklung von Vorteil
 * Kenntnisse agiler Methoden und Frameworks, insbesondere Scrum, sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Teams
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Jira und Confluence sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten

 * Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Lösungsorientierung

## Description

* Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anwendungen sowie Mitwirkung an Produktstrategie und Roadmap-Planung
 * Erhebung, Priorisierung und Verwaltung von Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern und Fachbereichen
 * Erstellung und Pflege des Product Backlogs inklusive Definition von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
 * Steuerung der Umsetzung gemeinsam mit dem Entwicklungsteam sowie Sicherstellung der fachlichen Qualität der Lösungen
 * Mitarbeit in agilen Scrum-Teams und Nutzung von Jira und Confluence für Anforderungsmanagement, Dokumentation und Zusammenarbeit, Social ganz ohne Media - feiern bei vielseitigen Mitarbeiterevents wie Business Run, Sommerfest und Co.
