## Description

* Je geeft leiding aan het IT-team (verantwoordelijk voor infrastructuur, support en security).
 * Je tekent een strategische ICT-roadmap uit die aansluit op de bedrijfsdoelen.
 * Je zorgt voor een soepel draaiende Service Desk en coacht je team naar een hoger niveau.
 * Je bewaakt de IT-security en policies, waarbij je nauw schakelt met collega's in de VS.
 * Je beheert de infrastructuur en plant tijdig onderhoud, zoals security patches en hardware-upgrades.
 * Je zorgt ervoor dat alle systemen redundant en betrouwbaar blijven.
