 * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
 * Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) - both written and spoken
 * Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
 * Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
 * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently, * Opportunity to work in an international and dynamic environment
 * Exposure to diverse IT systems and technologies

## Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our client's team in Brussels. You will play a key role in providing first- and second-line technical support to end users within a dynamic service-driven environment., * Provide first IT support to internal users (onsite and remote)

 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
 * Manage and track incidents and service requests using a ticketing system
 * Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (laptops, desktops, mobile devices)
 * Support Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Teams, etc.)
 * Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required
 * Ensure timely resolution of incidents within SLAs
 * Deliver a high level of customer service and user satisfaction
 * Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base
