* Bachelor of master in IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, met minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol
 * Ervaring met business applicaties zoals CRM, ERP en rapporteringstools
 * Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform en Azure is een sterke plus
 * Ervaring met SQL en data-omgevingen
 * Kennis van business process modelling (BPM)
 * Analytisch sterk en in staat om businessnoden te vertalen naar technische oplossingen
 * Ervaring met vendor- en stakeholdermanagement
 * Nauwkeurig, communicatief en oplossingsgericht
 * Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een plus

## Description

AlsIT Application Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer en de optimalisatie van bedrijfsapplicaties zoals CRM-, ERP- en rapporteringssystemen. Je fungeert als schakel tussen business en IT en zorgt ervoor dat applicaties aansluiten bij de operationele noden en strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie. Je werkt mee aan migratie- en upgradeprojecten naar moderne cloudoplossingen en bewaakt de performantie, beschikbaarheid en veiligheid van de systemen. Je draagt actief bij aan het modelleren en verbeteren van businessprocessen en zorgt ervoor dat de applicaties deze optimaal ondersteunen.
